September 1, 2009 Rihanna didn’t buy a $10 mln mansion

Yesterday x17 Agency informed everyone about Rihanna’s new mansion bought by unbelievable $10 mln dolars. However don’t think all they say is truth. Our reader Kieran has contacted a real estate agency of the LA house and they have confirmed to him that the mansion is still available for sale! This mean Rihanna hasn’t bought it – she might even never intend to.

“This is the largest home available like it in the area.Not many New Construction homes left as builders have stopped building. The house just fell out of Escrow as the Buyer couldnt get the money together to make it happen. Seller is ready to Sell!! Views on every side of the house, lots of rooms.”

    I would think that Rihanna won’t want the paps know where she lives that’s why I feel this might be a rumour, but what happen to her other house????

    DEAD @ me being right that this was a brilliant marketing ploy by a realtor get the house shown! LMAO You guys should know by now that X17 is full of it. In the race to get the story first they got played. If they learned to fact check it wouldn’t happen.

    I was told the address was posted and there was a chopper overhead for some ungodly time. That right there should have told you all Rih woud never move there.
