Andy Samberg once again scored an Emmy nomination for one of his “Saturday Night Live” digital shorts with a pop star, and he told AccessHollywood.com that if Rihanna is free, he’d love to perform “Shy Ronnie” on TV’s big night.

“Oh my God, yeah! If they want us to,” Andy told Access at Lexus’ Darker Side of Green event in West Hollywood on Thursday. “I think getting her to do it will be harder.”

The skit, which netted Andy an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics, featured Rihanna singing to a classroom of kids alongside Andy, in a red wig, playing the part of “Shy Ronnie,” a bashful youngster who choked each time she tossed a verse over to him.

Floating out from the back of the stage in a long black dress covered in red LED lights, Rihanna appeared the polar opposite of her raucaus opening act.

Her dress was quickly stripped off to reveal a racier number for Hard, while a sextet of dancers jumped on top of a pink tank and Rihanna herself mounted its gun.

Eminem’s “Recovery” will blast in at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart this week with 741,000 sold according to Nielsen SoundScan.

When it comes to Rihanna related news, the duo’s song “Love The Way You Lie” made it way on the top of Digital Songs chart debuting at No. 1 with 338,000 downloads sold!

We don’t know yet if the song will be released as a single as we hear the second promo song from “Recovery” will be Eminen’s duet with Pink. Hopefully, due to the massive popularity of the song, they will soon officially release his collaboration with Rihanna as well.
